I've known a lot of realtors in my day and Sunny is tops. Once you deal with Sunny, she becomes your fist call. Knowledgeable, dedicated and extremely competent. Add that to a real estate company that produces professional results @ 2%. Hear that? 2%!!! I highly recommend calling Sunny first and get the goods on what she can offer. Or pay the high fees with another real estate company if that's your gig.
