Living at 250 St. George has been nothing but a positive experience. Nick, the building’s resident manager, has made my life for the past 6 years all the more pleasant. His optimism and good humoured nature bring a smile to me every time I encounter him on the building’s premises. The attentiveness and care Nick bestows on every single tenant, individually, is remarkable. There was no issue that wasn’t resolved in excellent timing. The building itself is kept spotlessly clean by the staff and there is great respect among tenants with regards to noise level and security. Location wise, I couldn’t be happier living in the heart of the city. I give thanks to Nick for making 250 St. George truly a place to call home all these years.

I've lived here for two years and I only have good things to report. The first thing I noticed when I moved in was that the elevators, carpets, and floors are always kept spotless. This speaks to the care that the staff here put into their work. The building manager, Nick, is exceptional - you won't find one like him elsewhere. He responds to emails within minutes, my best interest was always his priority, and he is very warm and friendly. The building feels safe, it’s generally quiet, and the location is very ideal for those who want to walk to school/work or take the ttc. Truly an excellent experience living here.

I moved to the 250 St. George building two years ago to continue my studies. The building manager, Nick supported me like a family member which is amazing as an international student here. He is a very caring and responsible person. I counted on him whenever I needed help even for printing my exam sheet while I had online exams. I deeply appreciate all his efforts and support. He makes the building feel like home!

Graffiti that hasn't been removed along Bernard street on this property shows that this place isn't being maintained.

Graffiti diminishes the quality of life for all residents and tarnishes the overall reputation of our community. I call on the building owners to clean it up - or at least get whoever owns the utility boxes to do so.

This building made my life a lot more convenient and I have only positive feelings living here. Nick, The Resident Manager, a very thoughtful, professional and extremely caring person. He created such a welcoming environment and the staff makes this building always clean and nice!

Moving to this rental apartment was incredibly seamless, the property manager nick was waiting for me at the front door with one of the most welcoming smiles I’ve ever seen. The whole process was easy and without any problems whatsoever. The building and floors are maintained so well and are always in a clean state.

An absolutely wonderful resident manager, Nick, very clean building, always felt safe in the building and neighbourhood, and a great location. The rent is definitely higher than it should be, and considering the apartments aren't updated (but very well taken care of). I think it might be because Hollyburn is a Vancouver based company, but for my last year of my undergrad (2015-2016) I couldn't have asked for more to be perfectly honest. It was worth the peace of mind to be at 250!

Didn't have a zero star option hence was compelled to choose 1 star. This property is a rip off now. There are many other rentals in the same neighborhood that are very competitive and offer a much better experience. In the recent past the property has made management changes and also bought other rental buildings, and as a result they have significantly deteriorated the level of service that they offer to the residents. By making cosmetic changes the property has been hiking the rent and this has driven many residents away. I highly recommend shopping on the same street for other properties that are way better.
