I have gone to many condo sales offices, and I can say that I’ve never had such a bad experience. We came in, two boys greeted us very nicely and were friendly. The lady that started taking care of us, didn’t even introduce herself (she was the redhead rep). Then I had to ask for plans, for pamphlet, for pricing, basically she wasn’t providing any information until she wasn’t asked. When she showed the model unit she just stood there. I had no idea the condo has amenities until I asked. At the end she went into the office without saying even thank you for visiting or not even goodbye. Just left us hanging. The condo is nice and so is the quality and view (hence the 2 stars) . The sales experience was horrid and we felt unwelcome and very uninformed. We’ve bought condos for the last 5 years and this was the worst experience.
