Since our condo changed to 360 Community Management on 2023. Mariann has been assigned as our Manager and she has been excellent she offers prompt responses to owners -tenants questions and works closely with Board of Directors .

If only I could give negative stars, WORST customer service ever. They’re the property management for my condo and when I called them regarding an urgent task that THEY HAVE TO DO the lady on the phone just hung up on me saying she couldn’t help me. What’s the point of a property management company if they aren’t going to, I don’t know, do their job for the tenants?!?!

This company's lack of competency in their operations and general management is abysmal at best and absolutely devastating at worst. They registered a notice of lien on our property against an amount we were being held liable for after our unit caused water damage to the unit below. Ahead of the lien registration, we received zero communication regarding the exact amount and when it was due. We had simply been told to wait for more information while they completed repairs.

Additionally, 360 Community Management was uncooperative with our insurance company and were ultimately unable to provide relevant documents to our claim adjuster. At one point, they provided documents for a completely different building (they've also done this in multiple town hall meetings, revealing sensitive information about other buildings in their portfolio).

Throughout the period during which we were dealing with the claim mentioned above, we went through three property managers. One of them tried to convince us that we would be held liable for a FLOOD claim deductible of $25,000. It took several responses back and forth for this manager to finally understand the difference between a water damage claim and a flood claim, reducing what they stated we would be held liable for by several thousand dollars.

We love everything about our home except for 360 Community Management, which has put us through ongoing undue stress since shortly before we took possession of our unit. Their communication issues and knowledge gaps were clear before we moved in.

Had an issue with building mgmt and contacted head office to complain. The issue was resolved very quickly and turns out it I actually erred on my end. Very quick service. Staff were polite and professional.

The WORST property management company I've ever seen. They had 1 guy that actually responded to called and was helpful but once he left it was back to the same nonsense. Don't EVER hire these guys to manage your property. EVER!

Horrible communication and professionalism. Sold my unit in October and notified the property manager. They charged me condo fees in November and didn't respond any of my emails requesting a refund. Received a check a month later. No communication at all.
