Dedicated, intelligent, positive, professional team and I can go on and on about them. I work for a Non-profit organization on a funded program. I was struggling to find a good web site designer and have gone through 2 other web site designers but wasn't fully satisfied. 3ELM was the third and my last hope to make this web site speak to our program vision and they came through for us. Most web site designers would require content and they don't even advice or review the content, they just put it up. Her team reviewed the content, edit it and suggested ways that would be attractive for the audience. A coworker and I had pretty extensive training for Microsoft CE with 3ELM Consulting in November 2019. The training was very efficient, easy to understand, and presented in multiple ways to make sure that all learning methods were used for those who learn in different ways.

When I entered the training, I was very negative about the CE program. Over the course I learned that the program is actually easy to use and create what we need and/want, it is just our instance of the program that does not work as needed due to another consulting company that build it.

I highly recommend booking training with 3ELM Consulting, Farrah is great to work with and the support even after the course is done is worth it.

We brought them in because we were struggling with our current Oracle system and with the disparate systems we had purchased and implemented. Working with the talented people at 3ELM, I was able to work on diverse project plans, learn and improve knowledge with multiple Microsoft software, apply and strengthen project management skills with exposure to projects in retail, oil and gas, and finance. Employees are always encouraged to take trainings to benefit their professional development. I also enjoyed the flexibility in working hours and to option to work from home.
