She did the research and kept me informed with candid assessments of the various applicants and if she thought they would be a”good fit” for me. She found me a great renter and helped with the transition as I do not live in the area. When we first found our rental with 460 Property me and my wife were very happy. Paying over $3500 rent in Nanaimo would make you think you would get happy people to deal with, Nope! Was lied to from the beginning with this company. From the lawn we have not had access to in over a year and the horrible noise from cars speeding
past the house at night. When we tried to address these issues we were just ignored and told maybe we should move and then they raised our rent!! What a joke this place is!! If you want to deal with
unprofessional staff and really just horrible customer support these are your guys!!

I've tried to call into get help for the past month, no one will return my calls. The fact I've gotta chase your team around just to get a simple call back is pathetic. Again stay away from this company unless you like being lied to and ripped off.
