Neighbors are great, but this building manager is a total waste of time.

He holds packages from me in a locked room. I went at 10 am to grab it and he told me there isn't any pickups until the afternoon.

Went again at 3 pm today, to see the mail room open and another delivery currently happening, and he told me "no pickups until the afternoon." At which point I looked at my watch and he then said "From 5-11 pm". I said "That is the evening!" and he said "Yes".

This guy should not be allowed to hold my packages, especially when I am home to receive them. He is very dismissive and counterproductive. So it looks like, regardless of time of delivery, packages are withheld from residents until the evening.
