As a landscaper working with Sanderson Property Management, I can confidently say they are one of the best teams I’ve collaborated with. Bob, one of the managers, has been exceptional to work with. He is organized, professional, and always makes sure we have clear communication, which makes our job much easier. Bob’s attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the property at a high standard is evident in how well things are run. The accounts receivable department went above and beyond what was required of them today when my property manager was away on vacation. I had left a voice mail with Vicki not knowing if she could help but she returned my call within the hour. My request for documents from Sanderson needed by my bank in short order was completed quickly and efficiently. I am very appreciative of her assistance in completing this matter.

Every time I email our building manager I always get an imported reply saying she’s out of office and doesn’t return for another week.

It’s hard to rely on her for communication, and I find her to have very to little professionalism.

It’s interesting each property manager has no one above them so they can say and act however they like, and they do.

People pay condo fees
Maybe realize that and lose the attitude

Have been living in a Sanderson managed Midtown Lofts for 6 years. Our property manager Anne Beauchesne is well know to be aggressive and rude to owners. She has a well know history of ignoring owners emails.
We have had well documented concerns ranging from illegal entering units to submission of inflated or unnecessary bills to Condo Corporation. These show potential fraudulent activities or total incomptance.
We finally submitted a complaint to CMRAO regarding concerns. We have finally gotten a response and they have given her and Sanderson a official repermand as a result and have put them on notice that this behavior is unacceptable and must stop.
I would encourage anyone with concerns raise them with CMRAO. The process is fairly simple and they are supportive.
It is very likely owner Ms Beacock will do her best to bury this post with numerous false reviews as she has done in the past which a reflection of Sanderson morels.

Really another 30 reviews in three hours!!

Good catch by NAS in spotting the 34 reviews that are 5 star in 2 hours, how pathetic for owner to pull such an attempt to hide the numerous bad reviews and raise there rating. As can be seen with one review "booth was amazing" and it be 5 star. What kind of booth was it? Very unethical.
Would recommend people with real concerns file a complaint with CMRAO.

As can be seen by the numerous reviews of Sanderson they do not like to have any concerns raised that questions there abilities or professionalism. Sanderson takes a very aggressive response to anything that raises a concern about there managers performance. From ownership down (Cassandra I believe her name is) they are unprofessional and instead of trying to accept some ways of improvement they come across in a negative and unprofessional manner.
We have been living in a Sanderson managed building for some time. The property manager is an A. Beauchesne. Again very similar to company does not like to be confronted with questions or issues or concerns. Coming across with personal attacks and denial of anything she may have done. When confronted she takes an attack attiude instead of addressing the concerns. She refers to OAC when it is convenient to her but skirts the guidelines when ever she sees fit. She has a very aggressive and unprofessional deminor to wards owners. It is not uncommon for her to ignore contact via phone or email and hide behind blaming owners when ever possible.

When responding to reviews ownership regularly cities Board sets the rules. However it is Management responsibility to deal with ownership on a day to day bases. In this area Sanderson fails drastically.
