I found one of their properties on marketplace, and I started dealing with Kristin, who was an absolute angel. She was extremely thorough, went above and beyond to show me the property, communicated so clearly every step of the way, and was just so helpful through the whole process.

We were not only shown a viewing through video call when I couldn't make it to the open house for the place we wanted, but Kristin took the time to later take me there and show me everything in detail. She let me take my time to explore, and allowed me to be 110% confident in my choice to call this place home!

We got the place we wanted and Kristin was by our side every step of the way! Highly recommend dealing with this company and if you are dealing with Kristin, you can be confident she will be by your side every step of the way!

When I purchased my second investment property it was in a different city than my first. I had previous experience with a Property Management Company so I knew the questions to ask when looking for one. I had conversations with 4 different companies in London and I am very happy I chose Bloom. Everyone one has been great. They helped with renovations (new bathtub tile, painting, floors). My daughter and 2 friends rented a property through Bloom and have had nothing but grief. The place was not clean when they moved in and even though they sent the cleaners back it was still filthy. The bathroom door was literally falling off its hinges and was never fixed until it did. The dishwasher has not worked since they moved in on September 1st, Garbage bins were supposed to be replaced and never were so they replaced them themselves. The washer and dryer have strange smells and cleaner was only dropped off Oct 30th approximately a month after being notified of the problem. They have had ants other issues with bugs. Not a good experience at all.
