When I purchased my second investment property, it was in a different city than my first. I had previous experience with a Property Management Company, so I knew the questions to ask when looking for one. I had conversations with four London companies and am thrilled I chose Ali as my property manager. His Team has been great. They helped with renovations (new bathtub tile, painting, floors). They created a lot of buzz about the unit with so much interest that they needed to do an open house. In the end, we found great tenants.

I reached out to Ali, owner of First Choice Property Management Inc., hoping to get some info or at least a little acknowledgment. But man, it's like talking to a brick wall with this guy!

I shot him texts, called him up, even tried emails - nada. No response, no "thanks for reaching out," just radio silence. I don't get why he's playing hard to get or acting like he's too busy for basic communication.

I put in an application, crossed my fingers, and what do I get? Zilch. It's a total bummer when you're left hanging like that, wondering if your message got lost in the void or if Ali's just ghosting everyone.

If Ali's name pops up on your radar, my advice? Save yourself the headache. Don't bother chasing someone who can't even shoot a quick reply. Look elsewhere for property management that actually gives a darn about talking to their clients.

Ali and his team at First Choice Property Management have been a breeze to rent with. The showing & application process was straightforward, and we had access to the townhouse in under a week. All maintenance issues have been fixed in a timely manner after we reported them and the one major problem (sink leaking heavily) was fixed immediately. We were always given plenty of notice when someone needed to access the unit, which only happened once or twice a year for an inspection.

Overall, my experience as a tenant with First Choice Property Management has been excellent. I recommend them to anyone searching for rentals or a property management company.
