This property management company has been a treat to work with. They are very attentive in every way. Even if you call after their office hours they have a live operator that answers the phone. No messages, no robots, real people. Amazing!
Their choice of contractors are professional and easy to work with. They work hard and have succeeded in keeping our condo fees steady and as low as possible while still making sure the condo is taken care of both as their aesthetically and functionally.

Very unprofessional. I don’t know if it’s incompetence or just being flat out rude but having to deal with this company has been nothing but awful. Given the chance I wish our condo board would find a new property management company.

They don't deserve even one star. My experience with one person, she is the ruddes person every we've never met, just spoke on the phone, she will not reply to emails, Unprofessional conduct. Working in the wrong business.

The service and attitude from VPM is terrible. They don’t respond timely and when they do it is often rude and unprofessional. They don’t seem to know what is required of them legally to provide as a property management company. They don’t make contractors accountable for what is in their contract, I guess that is really not a surprise as they don’t hold themselves accountable to their own contract. Very disappointing

If I could give a zero star rating, this would be the perfect site. Atrocious interpersonal skills. Do not own their own shortcomings. Rude and totally offensive staff. Good riddance

My previous review was also removed. It too was negative. I screen shot ALL other reviews before company had them removed. This company deserves a less than zero rating. Unprofessional, incompetent, disorganized and shady business practices. Very similar experience as per previous review times 10
