I went there to get a counter cut for my kitchen, and they measured wrong. They said it was my fault because I signed off on her measurements which never fit. So I talked to the owner and she told me to go somewhere else. I think this is very bad customer service. After that I needed flooring and they would not order it for me. Thumbs down. Never will go there for nothing again. They lost , me. Went somewhere where they have good customer service unique home service

Store is always clean, staff are very polite and professional. Store didn't have particular item I was looking for (circuit breaker) instead of sending me out with nothing, employees recommended another independent retailer that specializes in electrical supply. So nice local businesses support and reccomend each other. I did make a few purchases at new liskeard home hardware and will shop at again. Highly recommended!

The customer service was amazing. The variety of items, especially cute decorative ones, was amazing. We found everything we needed for a little bedroom makeover all in one place (paint, fake plants and pots, signs, pillows) - loved it
