Wonderful design and installation experience. The designer I dealt with was thoughtful and knew exactly how to design the space to fit my needs.
The initial installation team was efficient. I only took a star off because there were some issues with the drawers. They didn't bring them the first time, the second time they came and it was installed but not the correct hardware and miss aligned handle placement. And then a third time to fix that. But I didn't mind, they resolved their own errors and came back within a week to fix the issues. It was just a touch inconvenient. But other than that, a wonderful experience. I would use Closet By design again! Wonderful team from start to finish.

I reached out to Closets by Design to design our Master bedroom Walk in Closet and guest room reach in closet. Eun-Mi, the designer visited us and measured the space and spent a good amount of time (very patiently) in designing a closet space that suits our needs very well. The pricing was very good too! We were quite impressed and decided to go ahead with additional closets for our kid's room and shoe closet. Eun-Mi was very punctual both the times that she visited us and all the timelines were as promised by her. She did not unnecessarily recommend additional shelves to increase the price, in fact I was pushing her to add more because I liked her designs so much. LOL!

The closet builder (Sarann Chan) arrived on the promised date at the promised time and I was very impressed by the efficient way in which he carried out his work. Sarann caused no disruption to our work and carried out his work very neatly. He even cleaned up after his work and was done with all the 4 closets within just a few hours! He even pointed out that there was a small damage in one of the drawers (we hadn't even noticed it) and that someone would return to replace it

I am very impressed with how the team handled the job and would definitely recommend Closets by Design to whoever is looking for a price effective, yet good quality closets with excellent service!

We had a great experience with Closets by Design. From the first phone call to book an appointment, to our first home consulting visit, to the installation. Lori was very knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to communicate with.
The installation was excellent!!!!! I couldn’t be happier with the service and product. My two boys can’t stop thanking me…it has made such a difference for them.

It was a very good experience. I designer came to the house, assess the closet and designed the closet in our house to meet our specific needs. The installer came at the appointed date and time worked very efficiently and quickly, and we are extremely pleased with our closet, I would recommend the company

Our second time using Closets by Design - same designer and installer. Not quite as much storage space as anticipated, so we will add some extra shelves. But the quality and workmanship are great.

The whole experience was quite painless, from the knowledgeable and experienced consultant, Lori, to the professional and efficient installer, it went off without a hitch! The consultant helped provide ideas for the layout, helping to maximize storage space and the installer delivered and constructed the whole closet set up in one day. Very impressed! Pleased with the results!

Closets by Design Niagara was helpful, courteous, professional individuals, and they provided me with an amazing experience with respect to my new walk in closet fit for a queen!!! From the initial consult to the final installation was truly a wonderful experience. The final result has made me to never want to leave my new room. Spacious and elegant. So pleased and definitely would recommend Closets by Design for any closet or storage type spaces for your home, cottage or office.
