Constant issues with this management team specifically Maiko. We haven’t had appliances for over a month due to constant electrical issues with the hydro lines we had to call in to get fixed. When expressing our frustration with the amount of un-dealt with maintenance requests in general. She send a long winded paragraph essentially saying “sounds like you’re just in an old building and I can assist you guys with your last month notice if you’d like” to sum it up. We never said we wanted to move.. Just want them to properly maintain this “old building”. Room mate and I haven’t heard from her since. I still don’t have a microwave and the oven was only just fixed after it not working for over a month as well. Sent someone in here for the 5th+ time to dilly dally and see no issues with the appliances/ plugs other then that the microwave needs to be replaced (he said he told her twice it’s broken) showing up here just as confused as we are why they’re here. We’re in complete shock at how terrible the service has been. We’ve been here for over 3 years. We don’t want animosity we want our maintenance issues tended to and you guys not to take things so personally and be professional about things bottom line. Own up to it if you guys have been lacking at your job with this rental and make it right.
