Their commitment to prompt maintenance and quick resolution of our requests truly made our time here comfortable and worry-free. Despite ending our contract early due to purchasing a property, their support continued as they diligently found new tenants and accommodated us by using our last month's deposit for the final month of our stay. i’ve had a few problems with maintenance and just generally not understanding how the heater works in my new apartment (lol). the office at complete properties has been so responsive and understanding. i let the office know that one of the hinges on a cupboard was broken and needed repair and the next day Dean the handyman was there to look at it. Dean was SUCH a nice guy, he fixed the hinge in a couple minutes and answered a couple other questions i had about the apartment. he was also very friendly with my dog and my dog absolutely loved him.

We had a gentleman named Dean, from Complete Properties come in to do some maintenance of our unit. He was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to just moving in, we still had boxes and items all over. Dean still made sure to get the job done despite this, did not complain once and completely worked around our moving mess. His efforts should not go unnoticed. He’s great at what he does!

Five stars for John and this company! I've been looking for a new home for well over a month and have to say that this property management company blows the big guys out of the water. (And I've contacted them all) If you need to get somewhere and want a quick response to your inquiries and ease in scheduling viewings and an extremely helpful agent that goes above the call and is on the ball ... start here!

If 2020 were an apartment building, 19 collier street would be it.

I have been without heat now a handful of times, the hot water hasn't been on for three weeks and my microwave has been broken since October. Every time I call the company I get asked the same questions as if the last time we spoke didn't even happen. My sink pipe was broken for over a week before anyone came to fix it, and when they did I was told that it had never been put together correctly in the first place. It's a newly renovated building!!!!!! It just seems that things were rushed together so they could start taking rent ASAP, without thinking about their tenants.
Most of my time here has been during the pandemic, so when the only place I am able to relax is home, it is unfortunate when the things we were guaranteed when signing the lease aren't provided. Very disappointed with how everything has been handled. Ultimately I feel disrespected.

My experience with complete properties started February 2021.
Me and my fiancé had come to visit their property on 19 Collier street, St. Catharines.
After looking at the place we decided to rent a 2 bedroom unit in this building. Complete properties had told us that we had our unit secured!
Not so fast... Two days later they messaged us, to tell us that our unit (which they had told us they had reserved for us) was already rented out, but that we could rent a unit on the other side of this building (17 Collier), which would soon be finished being built. We signed a lease agreement, they signed the lease agreement, and we were set to move in April 1st, 2021. On March 1st,2021 Compete Properties messaged us that our building would not be ready in time. Since we had already given our 60 days notice to our current landlord, this left us without a home. To which complete properties did nothing. We then went without a home until September 1st when a basement unit in their 19 Collier Street building came available. This was not what we had agreed on, but it was better than nothing. Since we have moved in, it has been nothing but one problem after another. Complete properties has been brushing off our concerns and impossible to get a hold of. This company is willing to lie to you, scam you, and con you to get your money. Their only response has been "well if you don't like it you can break your lease and leave", not exactly helpful or empathetic of our situation. Also if this hasn't scared you away yet, our original unit we were supposed to move into on April 1st, 2021 has still not been completed. Better name for this company would be incomplete properties. Stay far away.

Dean came into my apartment to do an inspection. He came back the next day to do the much needed repairs. He was respectful and polite and very kind and professional l look forward to dealing with Dean in the future
