Honestly nothing bad to say about this company. They worked with me to design a kitchen I would like and would be a great centerpiece to my house. Right from the get go their admin staff were responsive and helpful. The guys who built the Kitchener were on time and flexible with my schedule as you need to be when building a house. Their install team worked wonders. Any questions or last minute changes that were made were all received with professionalism. I would highly recommend using carvers. I know I will be using them again!

We are so pleased with our new kitchen cabinets. Everything was top notch, from planning and design with James, to the installation managed by Edwin. The installers had real pride in their work. Mark, Larry and Alex were focused on every detail and never rushed. When I had concerns or questions they were patient and they offered good suggestions based on their experience. Small glitches weren't a big deal because everyone at Carver is big on communication and being upfront about everything. Edwin really nailed it when the original wine rack plan didn't work out. He came up with a new design and I think it is better than the original. I really felt like everyone at Carver wanted the kitchen to be perfect and they wouldn't be happy until I was. I would recommend them for any reno, and I will use them again when we do our master bath.

We recently had our entire kitchen designed and installed by Carver Cabinetry! 🙂 it was by far the best experience we have had with any contractor we have used for renovations over the years - we wish we found them sooner! 🙂 They created the design for the kitchen, all custom to the space we had, installed all of the uppers, lowers, created a pantry, all crown moulding, countertops and sink etc. they were very professional, friendly and delivered amazing quality products. We would highly recommend for all of your renovation needs! 🙂 They have been absolutely amazing and have gone above and beyond! 🙂

I had a great experience with Carver Cabinetry, a family run operation for generations. My 3 bathroom vanities and countertops are beautiful and extremely good quality.

James was my first contact wth Carver Cabinetry in their showroom and his professionalism, design knowledge, explanations of their products, along with a tour of their manufacturing plant that I requested, made my choice to have them build my custom cabinets an easy one - particularly since I had done my homework and had come across quite a few other companies in the GTA with ridiculously high pricing for poor quality product. My 2.5 hour return drive to their showroom in Norwich was worth it!

James designed the vanities and his brother Edwin provided excellent customer service from the scheduling throughout the installation and payment process. The installers arrived on time, were polite, efficient and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up well after finishing the installation. The customer service provided by every employee was excellent. I can't recommend this company highly enough. The bonus is the pricing was very reasonable for an excellent product.

We can't say enough about how pleased we were with our experience with Carver Cabinetry! From start to finish, their service, professionalism and outstanding communication was top notch! We were kept informed of the whole process. The timeline of the build and installation of our kitchen was well communicated. Installers were efficient and skilled, and we absolutely love our new kitchen. Two knobs were on back order for several months ( not a big issue for us ), and Edwin kept us in the loop on when to expect their arrival and installation. A very small detail in the scheme of things! Mariann, James and installers were all wonderful to deal with, but I was most impressed with how well Edwin communicated, and kept the job on track!
