We are heading home from our vacation and had spent the night in Wawa. We had felt a shimmy in truck and stopped in here, they were very kind to us, one of the mechanics came out, torqued our wheels and gave us some good advice.

Took my vehicle in for a general safety. I had a good idea what was going to be flagged. What I did not expect was my working door to come back broken with a $300 custom fix bill attached to it. When we asked to talk to the mechanic we were told he was too busy to talk to us. I asked my brother in law to take a look and he had it fixed again within 10mins. I would recommend other options within town before going to Mission Motors.

My van broke down just as I pulled into Lake Superior Provincial Park. I had it towed to Mission Motors on Monday. They had it fixed and the cost was exactly what they estimated. It was great service, the staff were friendly and I would recommend them!!

I dropped by unexpectedly with a leaking tire-driving a non-GM vehicle. I was so impressed with the treatment I received. From the staff member in the lobby, to Mike the mechanic, who solved my problem-first rate Dealership. If I lived in the area these are the folks who I would want to service my vehicles. Charged my grandma $72 dollars to mount a tire. One tire! While stranded. The lady said they were doing her a favor because they usually charge $78. I just paid $18 a per tire at another shop. Couldn't believe the price when she told me. Unreal.

Had an issue with my Chev Silverado and the folks at Mission Motors fixed the vehicle in the timeline promised at a very reasonable price. I also had an issue 9 years ago with a rad in our then Chev Astro van. It took a couple days for us to get a new rad up to Wawa and while we camped with our tent trailer they gave us a loaner vehicle so we could get groceries etc. with our four kids. They go above and beyond. Great place.

BEST auto service ever!
Driving from Alberta through to PEI, Two wheel stud's broke off on the highway. We were very uneasy driving on 3 studs (on a 5 stud tire) while in the middle of north ontario. Tried the next town --- no mechanics available or they were too busy; tried the next town after -- same nothingness. Called Mission Motors and they said they would put the new studs in as soon as we could get there. They did and our car made it the rest of the trip! We were concerned that it would cost an arm and a leg--but the pricing was much lower than expected.
Customer service was great too!
