Compared to the prev. Company I dealt with as a renter, this is by far way worse, had so many issues, no solutions, also be prepared when you have an emergency issue like plumbing, they would never pay you back unless you messaged them and they answered which doesn’t work for emergency situations.

This is the best, most excellent agency I have ever encountered - ————from finding tenants to communicating with the building manager on everything, Jingjia was very professional and friendly. When I have a problem, she has the ability and wisdom to solve it. They are capable and provide the best service to the owner or tenant. If there is a chance to work together again, I hope it will still be them.
