Very poor communication with us
Messed up a couple of things, they started the install start of January and still waiting on kitchen to be completed. Feel bad for the installer as his workmanship is top notch and a really nice guy. Hopefully they get in touch soon so we can have a working dishwasher and island

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worse possible company to deal with. We were supposed to have a kitchen by October and it took 10 months to finish it. They said we would have temporary countertop and a sink but never did… we had to eat elsewhere for months while living in our home. Wouldn’t show up when expected and terrible communication. No consideration for their customers, they just want the money. Would advise anyone considering them to go with Tops to floors instead.

I was in the process to have my cupboards designed with this company.
But after witnessing how the owner treats his employees I will be finding another company to have my cupboards designed. After reading the reviews no wonder their under staff.
Be respectful to your employees and you'll keep them for a long time.

They obviously don’t want the business too much as they didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment 3 times in a row, first time the appointment reschduled but we had to call to find out, second time he just plain forgot and 3rd appointment no show and after an hour called the store and she told me that he was running late. No call though to let me know. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience. No respect for our time and not reliable.

Very disappointed to say that we have had the absolute worst experience with our kitchen cupboards and install. I was originally so excited to have Prestige do our kitchen renovation but it has turned into an absolute nightmare. All of our cabinets have been sitting in our garage for 6 weeks. We had 1 contractor show up and walked off the job because he was told it was a simple kitchenette and turns out it wasn’t something he could do on his own. (Side note, when the cupboards were delivered we wondered how 1 person would be able to move them from the garage into the kitchen but were reassured it was an easy job and that it would take “1 guy, 1 day”) We finally had a team of two installers come out and did a few hours of work. That was two weeks ago and nobody has been back since. We were told someone was coming this morning, but nobody showed up. When we called to find out what was going on, the girl on the phone had no idea an installer was supposed to come and the manager is on holiday today. Also, the countertops haven’t even been ordered yet because they don’t order them until the base cabinets are installed. The worst part is that we have already paid upfront. Do we try to find an installer of our own or continue to wait?! I love supporting local and understand there is a major skills shortage but this job that was quoted as a 1 day install has been delayed six weeks now with no end in sight!

I did not have a good experience with this company today. I purchased a purse for my daughter's birthday from Prestige Kitchens in Summerside on March 5. I mailed it to her in NS. She would like to exchange it for a different style purse as she has one similar. So I called Prestige and spoke with the owner Joanne Parnham. I was advised the return policy is a week for cash and a month for a credit. I asked if I could exchange it on April 26 as I could get it from NS by then as the bubble will be open. It would cost approximately $30.00 to mail thru Canada Post to get it here by April 5 and the purse was only $60.00. She said no? I try to shop local to support our local businesses, especially during covid. And advised Joanne Parnham that it is difficult to abide by her policy due to covid. She did not care. I also said my daughter purchased all of her wedding flowers from Prestige and she said "I'm not going there." The return policy is not printed on the sales receipt. Very disappointed in this local business over a $60.00 dollar purchase that I just want an exchange or credit for. And they are not losing any money. I now understand why some people will not shop local.
