I cannot say enough positive things about Geoff and Mark. I have been working with Geoff since March 2022 and Mark since May 2022. Geoff has been my life & spiritual coach through some pretty challenging times in my life, and has been there for me whenever I need him. If you want to challenge yourself to grow and are willing to take the leap and do the hard work, Geoff is your guy. I came to Geoff when I did not know who I was. Geoff helped me to understand a lot of what was playing out in my life was childhood insecurities, wounds and protections I had developed. After a few months, my partner and I started working with Geoff in couples coaching in addition to my individual coaching. Geoff made that transition easy and possible while supporting me, my partner, our relationship all at the same time, and in different ways. I feel like I’ve known Geoff for ages, and I think that is because I feel so comfortable sharing everything with Geoff, knowing he will hear me AND he will offer wisdom should the situation benefit from it. You have to be willing to do the work, that is where awareness and change come from.

Mark is also great, he challenges me in ways that creates movement thru the uncomfortable. The mens group Mark leads is such an awesome example of healthy masculine energy, where he helps support us all on our own unique journeys.

Love both of these guys. When you are ready to do the deep deep work on yourself, Geoff and Mark are the right men so look no further!
