Giving them even I star is generous Our complex is being managed by PQ in Penticton, Trina is our PM! Firstly, let me emphasize that this company has 9 malfeasances on Strata Watch, which is very concerning! Furthermore, they charge us an exorbitant amount of money for below standard work. Our 2023 AGM lasted 30 minutes chaired by Trina our Pm with PQ who did not follow proper procedure to chair the meeting. She seemed more concerned with keeping it short and sweet when at any other AGM I’ve ever been to, time for questions and going more in depth was the norm. Furthermore, Trina seemed reluctant to answer questions and was dismissive and rushed in her responses. A budget was provided on THE DAY OF, for owners to review, again giving us little time to properly review and ask questions. Strata fees in the AGM package were different from ones sent in an email on Sept 1, raising the question of credibility. Needless to say trust in this company is at all time low!
They are not worth the exorbitant fee they charge. Low standards, lack of accountability and general incompetence is what they provide. Certainly we deserve much better!
Trina, for one, needs to be replaced with someone more knowledgeable and competent. If she is questioned about her actions, she gets defensive and stops responding. This is unacceptable at best!
Pacific Quorum falls short of instilling trust with their questionable and below par service. Think long and hard before hiring them and do your research! Their record is not impressive!

Our Strata has been using Pacific Quorum for several years now. We found them to be very professional and responsive to our needs. Greg was our first Manager, and he was very easy to work with. His Assistant, Jodie is very friendly as well as professional and efficient. Any emails copied to Jodie are always responded to quickly. Greg has since been replaced by Rebecca, and she is amazing. Again, correspondence always receives a prompt response, even if only to acknowledge receipt. As Strata Council President, I would not hesitate to recommend Pacific Quorum to anyone wanting an excellent Property Management company.

My 83 year old mother lives in a property managed by Pacific Quorum in Penticton. She had not been receiving her strata minutes by mail. I contacted Jodie in the Penticton office and she very quickly had her set up to receive them. She was very quick and responsive in helping us out. Thanks Jodie!

Frustration are high from non communication from manager Greg in Penticton. We have PQ as our property management company. Our strata council has left messages, sent emails, and requested personally to Cathy at the front desk for the urgency to contact us. We have over 100 units and need attention right away . Our property manager is trying so hard, but has too much on her plate to service us. She needs guidance and support as she lacks experience in management. She’s totally overwhelmed, yet we are paying full price for full service of our large strata. Something must be done, as we are doing all the phoning and appointments, and research for every single issue in our building. We are not getting reimbursement checks for months, and cannot get a straight answer from anyone as the penticton office is usually empty except for reception.
Do not expect management service from
this mismanaged office.. I will be talking to the other properties around us that have PQ as their manager to see if they too are experiencing these frustrations.
Communication is key for any business to be successful.

Kathie Davey, the receptionist/admin assistant at the Penticton branch of PQ, definitely deserves an accolade or several! Whenever I stop by for business, she is friendly, professional, efficient, and engaged. The company is so lucky to have her and I truly hope the higher powers know this!

I contacted Jodie at Pacific Quorum this morning, she put me touch with Suzanne and within less than half an hour my issue was resolved. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful!

Where I reside we have Hardeep at PQ as our property manager. He seems to be easily swayed by certain people on council, therefore making him biased. Not sure he is really qualified after the last meeting I attended as a observer. He did not follow proper protocol during or after. I tried to connect with management by sending a letter expressing my concerns but all they did was pass on a confidential email from myself on to council. Therefore disrespecting my communication with them. Pretty much dismissing me. This is not a company if you are a new strata to consider having a contract with.

This is the worst property management company out there. Don't use them or be associated with them. They can't manage themselves so how can they look after you and your property. Never buy into a strata that has PQ managing the property. Do your research, then run away and count yourself lucky!
