I didn't realize this was an Asian restaurant. More expensive than others around the province, but the food wasn't as good. The portions are large. I got noodles, too many noodles... The fish and chips weren't good either. This is the first time that I'm really disappointed in the food at a restaurant.

Personal experience, they didn’t convince me to go another time. The food came fast, but my burger taste like was those frozen patties from coop 12 for 15$, fries was good. Pictures on the web from the dining area and actually in is really different..
outdated, to go to washrooms is very dark, bathroom aren’t clean at all( McDonald’s are cleaner)
And the server was busy to have dinner at a guest table, I waited almost 15 minutes to get the bill.. I stand up twice and put my hand up many times before she comes to see me. My kids said was ok. No kids menu ( if was she didn’t offer it)so my 9 year old was ordering an adult meal

Excellent food! The deep fried shrimp and chicken balls were top notch. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. Excellent chicken chopsuey, how do they get the chicken so tender? The ginger beef and fried rice were remarkable too. It's just a plain old building right by two other Chinese restaurants but it was busy, took a bit more time to get our food but the quality was worth it. Highly recommended!

Only been eaten here once.
Keep in mind that this is my opinion and a review of only one dish.

I got liver and onions. I got maybe 3 fingers worth of meat, the rest was breading. Liver is not exactly expensive.
There was no mention of breading or deep frying in the description of the dish. (Next door at the middle cafe I got a wow burger for the same price. It has over a pound of meat, and it was exceptional tasting.)
Most of the food on the menu offered a very limited description. Lessons? Ask about what your buying into. And obviously don’t get liver and onions. The liver itself wasn’t that bad. The breading was gross. The onions were good though.

The vegetables (peas and carrots) looked like they came from a can.
Coleslaw was dressed in a nasty tasting sauce.
It was very overpriced and the portions were small.

Why one star at all? They have sriracha sauce (although it was more watery than usual... did they add water?)

Save yourself and go to the “middle cafe” next door. I’ve been there many times and it’s fantastic!

Restaurant is clean and appears to be following Covid protocols. Deluxe wonton soup and the ginger beef were both excellent. The spring rolls were not cooked enough, only luke warm in the inside. Lunch for two was $45, with a sizeable portion of ginger beef to take home.

I have celiac disease. The menu did not have ingredients listed but said to let the waitress know if I had any allergies. I tried to do that but she spoke no English.

My chicken vermicelli arrived with what was likely teriyaki chicken. There was no indication that the chicken would be teriyaki. I had no way of knowing if it was poisoned or not. I ordered fresh rolls.

The rolls arrived with peanut sauce on the side and some sort of dark sauce inside. Again, there was no way to determine what that was. I've never seen fresh rolls with a sauce inside.

I took the food home and my family said it was good but I didn't like not getting to eat.

Food was good and fast, service was friendly but a bit slow at times.
