I have 1 million miles over the road as a truck driver and this has been THE WROST mcdonald's I have been to. I have been here since 2016 and nothing but trash. Just went to the drive thru and the person on the speaker box said we are not taking orders ? ? ? told em I was gonna make a report. Then it's a whole different tune. They was telling everyone we are not taking orders...then he had his head set on and said this is easy money, we open but just tell em we can't take orders all night while we bump music. They had workers not even in uniforms. In street clothing. Baggy pants. Mold in their soda lines. This Location got a remodel but still bad service. Only reason I go here is because it's across my house. Hate siting down with my family after spending $50+ on food and 5 mins into finally getting our food we are harassed saying we have to leave soon and they only allow 30 mins to be inside.... it took 20 mins just to get our food...threating to call ? the police on us. I have had better service in Chicago, Detroit etc but this place is the wrost!!! This place could make a huge profit if they would pay professional workers. You pay your workers the bare minimum they will do the bare minimum.

I completely am never going back to ANY Watson based McDonald's. The one on 1900 in Roy will have twenty cars in line up to the order point, no one in front and you'll sit and wait for 5-10 min before anyone asks. This is not a new problem, the other Roy McD's is even worse. Lost orders, wrong orders, employee's that are just don't care. I've complained on the main line to Watson, no reply; they have just given up. I had not been to either McD's in a year, went this morning and to order two hash browns and a sandwich took 30 minutes. Avoid ALL Watson McDonald's! I've complained to corporate, I keep doing it in hopes they yank their franchise licenses.

Watson management manages multiple fast food chains in my area in Northern Utah. After about 5 years of having to deal with their customer service whether in restaurant or on the phone with corporate I have found their quality of customer service is far below industry standards. If you are a fast food or restaurant chain looking to have them manage your business, I would look somewhere else. Every once in awhile at one of the chains that they manage I will experience exceptional service from a crew member or manager, but that is rare and very unexpected but always appreciated and I always go out of my way to voice my appreciation to them. Most of the time if I have ever interacted with corporate, when they actually called me back, I find that my customer service is better with someone behind a cash register then someone at the corporate offices. This is just my honest review of someone who's been in customer service before and definitely knows the industry standards. I would be more than happy to update my review in a future date if the trend reverses, but right now I'm very confident in my assessment of their business practices.

They definitely took a while to do something about it, but it seems they finally are trying to fix their night people.
It’s about time I can come through and not hear that they’re in systems or something else and can’t take any orders.
But they could definitely do something else about how long I waited for my food. Idk why but it took around 12 minutes for 4 double cheeseburgers.
But they only have 3 people in there making who knows how many orders. I sympathize for those employees who are left to fend for themselves at night. Too much going on for too little people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The employee that just answered my call was extremely rude and blunt. I claimed I needed access to my w-2 where a coworker nearby said “she would know where to go if she was paying attention in orientation” I worked at one of their McDonald’s locations nearly a year ago. How am I supposed to remember where to go. Not to mention they never sent out a physical copy of my w-2 to me. These employees need to be fired or monitored because this is ridiculous.

McDonalds Owned by Watson Management have got to be the worst McDonald’s in the USA. After 10pm rolls around they only have 1 person running the store causing drive through lines to be well over 45 minutes. The worst part is.. it’s just so the rich owners can save a buck.

Alan should be ashamed of the way his chain is running! 4 times in a month they've managed to mess up an order of mine! All in the meantime, all of his district management and owners are sitting behind a desk collecting what they don't deserve! I'm embarrassed to say i have made him money in the past. Congratulations Alan, you are successfully destroying the reputation that made you successful in life!
Maybe hire someone who takes pride in what they do instead of mouthy and disrespectful people!
