This is a gem motel in the kootneys. From the start the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, quiet even with the semi trucks passing by. The shower hot water actually stayed hot and to top it off it was a good price. Will definitely stay again.

This motel is a gem. The most well-kept motel we have stayed in on our entire two week trip through Alberta and BC. Cute, clean and comfortable rooms. Everything in immaculate condition. Nice little walk down to the creek park. Limited number of restaurants in the area.

I got the pleasure of staying here for work. Owners where very accommodating ..
I have stayed in plenty of places as I travel for work a lot. This has to be the cleanest place I have stayed ever. You can truly tell the love and care that goes into this motel. Will stay again.

Spent night on trip through Kootenays delightful motel, super clean, very comfortable beds, cutely decorated, nice area for dog to run. Very friendly staff, very well taken care of property.
Will definitely recommend to others and stay again.

Owners was Nice, service was good also
Rooms were in great shape
They have a bike wash station which was really handy.
Neighbours in room beside stayed up quite late with music on
Pricing a little on high side for time of year
You have to drive to eat out but they have an area with BBQs if you want to stay and cook your own

An ideal spot to spend the night while driving through the beautiful area.
This is a small “classic” motel. Very clean and comfortable. Easy, safe, parking. We were a mixed group with exotic cars and motorcycles and were made very comfortable by the staff. They were especially accommodating with parking etc for motorcycles. A great spot to sit and visit at their picnic tables. An easy 15 minute walk in to “town” for breakfast or supper. I recommend, and hope to visit again.

We lost our power and water during the coldest temperatures in our motorhome. The owners of Sal Crest were so kind and allowed us to just pop in for showers. It was wonderful. We had a cup of coffee and got to relax for a few hours. Thank you so much

Perfect little stop on our way thru highway 3. Friendly service with a clean, simple, and comfortable room. Motorcycle friendly. BBQ area exactly what we needed and grassy area great to hang and play outdoor summer games. Highly recommend.
