This guy Terry is a smooth talking manipulator. Trusted him with a job and he kept coming back for more money and never completed it. Left me hanging. Wants money upfront and then he's gone. Doesn't return calls. Had to take my losses and go to another expeditor. Don't walk, run from this place. he should be reported to the BBB.

They hire people who do drugs on the job. One person showed on a bicycle with a joint in his mouth that was already lit. He had no tools and was wearing flip flops and sweat pants. I asked what he was there to do and he told me "I do a lil bit of everythang". He was hired off of Facebook and had no license to do any of the work that the owner hired him to do. STAY AWAY!!!

I was a first time home buyer and not only did the permit man help me with all my permits but he helped me way after they were done ! Even to this day if I have a question or am confused about something I’ll text him and no matter what within 5 minutes he’s helping me for NO charge !!! I would recommend the permit man to anybody that asked . 100% reliable ,100% professional,100% knowledgeable. I can honestly say without ANY hesitation I would NOT have made it through this process without him . I give 5 ⭐️‘S to anybody that asks or wants to know and I would without question use him again . So much more then just a permit guy. I’m truly grateful for their services and again I’d be lost without Terry . .

Idk how this person is in business but he's an absolute hack. Terrible business person and master manipulater. He hires people off the street with no idea what they're doing. Different person every day and each one is worst then the last. Smoking weed while working.

I spent $2300 with Permit Man and had to hire another expediter to get permitting completed. It was an extremely frustrating process with unreturned phone calls and unanswered emails unless it was my attorney calling. I would recommend finding someone else.

Excellent job! I was anxious about the process but Terry calm me down. The process sometimes takes time but have to be patient. I appreciate the guidance and assistance resolving issues. You will not be disappointed
