They owe me $150 for a night I didnt stay in June. I cancelled the night in-person and the owner said she would refund my card immediately. Ive been calling for months and every time they give an excuse and say they’ll send it as soon as possible, then nothing. It also took me a couple months of emailing/ calling every week to get an invoice for my stay, which backed up our invoicing for my entire crew for that time. Housekeeping is outstanding, place is cute, but business is not well run. Please refund me!!!

We were pleasantly surprised with the rooms. They were cute and comfortable. Our only complaint was the very tiny sink in the bathroom. made it very awkward. Our daughter was in a one bedroom and it was very roomy and comfortable. It is also only a few blocks from the stores in Salmo

We had booked a room over 6 months in advance and they sent us an email a week before our stay saying our room was canceled because they accidently double booked our room. What a joke, they didn't even have the guts to call us and apologize. Now we have to scramble to find a place to stay IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER!!! Maybe they should upgrade their booking system so that this doesn't happen in the future.

We arrived after dinner and the room was not cleaned yet. Was told the television did not work. Had to wait while they cleaned and changed the bedding. A noisy compressor turned off and on all night on the refrigerator making it hard to sleep. Barn door almost fell off of the bathroom. Saw lots of mold on the kitchen window ledge. Was given the room with no bathtub which i had requested 1 month prior. I asked the owner 5x for a room rate reduction and she made multiple excuses and charged my creditcard full price. I do not recommend staying there.

Checked in for our one night stay a couple hours ago, and wow! I’m impressed! I’m a clean freak and even I’m impressed this room is damn near spotless!! Outside of hotel is very cute and vintage style. Interior of rooms are not brand new, but have been nicely upgraded by the new owner with things like new light fixtures, chairs, bedding and beds, shower curtains, towels, etc. I read the note she had on the table-and I would like to say you are doing a great job! And I wouldn’t change anything about the room, it’s simple, very clean, and cozy-but PLEASE add AC to the rooms! It’s hot in here! 9/10, AC would make it a 10!?

Third time we have stayed at Reno Motel and always had a fairly decent experience... but was disappointed this time. When we arrived, many things in the room were unclean.| Bed was clean but extremely high, so anyone short (or with back injury) might have difficulty getting into it.. though we had no problems with it.|Garbage found behind the nightstands on the last night we were there when my phone accidentally fell off the nightstand. |I realize this is a small town motel, and i applaud their effort to make it a better experience for travellers, but could have been a lot cleaner for the prices they charge. |I did get maid service once during our stay and they were quite good to come in a clean but still never saw the garbage behind the night stands,|ant infestation in the bathroom behind toilet and dead spiders in the corners of the room but they were good to clean other things. |I'm really hoping they turn it into something nice because this returning customer was sad to see all this..and i was hoping for a return visit next year 🙁

We stayed here for one night while touring the Selkirk International Loop. This motel provides basic accommodations in a town with virtually no alternatives. The room was old and small. Bathroom needed updating. We never met any staff. However, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I put these people through a lot, from a cancelled reservation to numerous queries about my new reservation. I might have ghosted me, but, oh no, the Reno kept up a friendly front and humoured me all the way.
And the room is great. Full of the fifties charm I crave. Very clean.
