Finally, a weight loss program that works!! Having followed various other diets - I started on this program with a lot of skepticism. Both Sue and Dave are very knowledgeable and tailor their program to suit the individual’s requirements and it’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all program. This is a program you don’t starve to keep your weight down. You are having 3 meals and 2 snack time- each very filling and satisfying😊
After you reach your goal weight, you go into stabilization and then maintenance where more food is added to your intake and still keep the weight under control. Sue has a whole file of various delicious recipes.
Being an East Indian, I was able to enjoy my ethnic food within the parameters required and still loose pounds.
I highly recommend Ewyn Airdrie to anyone who is desiring to loose weight in a successful manner and to keep it off. By the way, I lost 40lbs which was my goal. Feeling great and healthy👍🏼

Ewyn is great! It's easy to follow, you make your own food it's all eating healthy, using your own groceries😊 it's all about portion control! Sue and Dave are super friendly and make you feel at home rite away.
I HIGHLY reccomend it plus when I signed up they had a special on so even better !! Plus there is program friendly goodies you can have and you get a cheat meal every 3 weeks so it's very doable!
Plus they have loads of recipes to try out! Trust me if you're debating trying this place out do it you will not regret it!!
I've lots 26 pounds since joining here!! And feel so much better and everything fits so much nicer now!

The program is very easy to follow and it works! On top of that, the husband and wife team that own it are so caring and you can really tell they want you to succeed. It’s not just a business to them, they care about their clients! If you want to lose 50lbs, or even 5, I highly recommend this program.
