My customer service person was really great. I am sorry that I don’t remember his name but if you look into my contact today, you will find him. He worked to solve a problem that had been an issue since I purchased my last phone, in 2022, with you. I was previously told twice in 2022, that it “was what it was” and that the failure to transfer some of my data couldn’t be fixed. Old staff!
Today, with all new staff, this young man fixed the previous issues between my old 6S plus and my current 13 Pro max, so that in turn, the corrected information could then be transferred to my new 15 Pro Max today.
He also helped me get the exact, specific kind of case that I wanted.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I love it when I go into a store to find all young staffers doing a good job with customer service. It’s often not the case.

Tom and his employee were both busy with other customers when I came into the store. Tom knew they were going to be awhile so he offered to call me when they were free. I was in no hurry so I told him I would wait. As soon as he was free he met with me and solved my phone issue in not time at all. He was very friendly and we chatted about hiking while he was solving my issue.

Sam was EXCELLENT! He patiently explained everything he was doing- several times in some cases - because I was so confused when I walked in there. I felt as if I understood so much more when I walked out. And this has made me feel more relaxed and happy about my cell phone than I have felt for a long time Thank you Sam!!!

I was served with little wait and even got help with an older IPhone that I dropped almost 2 years ago. Couldn't get it charged. Tom fixed it in seconds. It had a few tiny grains of sand stopping the cable from being able to plug in. Thanks again Tom.
