Lived at 505 56 Ave SW in Calgary ("Elkwater apartments"), managed by All Investments. Had my car broken into in the locked underground parkade, saw two others that were broken into too. Resident managers response: "it happens every couple years". Great. Thanks. He did nothing to address the issue.They shut down the sauna and hot tub for Covid and kept charging the same rent. On moving out, one wall in our apartment had some smear marks where we cleaned it, visible from one angle. They took the full apartment re-painting fee out of our damage deposit. Every now and then our apartment would reek of cigarette smoke. Spend your rent money elsewhere.

Edit in response to the All Investment's response:

We left the oven and fridge sparkling clean, that's why we weren't charged for cleaning them. At time of final inspection, resident manager noted streak marks on only one wall - and after we handed over the keys, all of a sudden the entire apartment has streak marks?! Last, the $25 offer was an obvious joke... why would I pay extra for something that I'm already paying for. By not reducing the rent which included the use of sauna and hot tub, you kept the money from not having to run, clean, and maintain the sauna and the hot tub.
