I can tell by our stay at Aspen Village in Waterton that this hospitality company who owns them, doesn't give a damn about customer service. They should be ashamed of calling themselves a company focused on hospitality.

Waymaker was the previous manager of our condo complex, Mystic Springs. When management was turned over from Waymaker to our new manager they refused to turn over the website and domain that was owned by our board. This company is unethical and cannot be trusted. Our only course of action is to challenge this legally and they know a condo board like ours will not do this. They still have an opportunity to turn over the website and domain back to the board and make things right. I'll update this review should that ever happen.
