Briere Property Managed my rental property in Calgary. They charge premium commission at 12 or 13% but its all inclusive so they don't charge for every visit or change of tenant. I worked with Carolyn Watson who is an absolute delight to deal with. The best part was that communication was always efficient. Quick responses on email on phone all through last 12 months when we worked. The tenants they chose were good showing their tenant review process is efficient.

If you are a remote landlord and need hassle free handling of your property, I would recommend them.
