Competitive pricing, staff was very helpful. We were building a new home that required numerous fixtures. Dan spent time going through our house plans room by room with us as we picked out fixtures and then he created a picture book for our plumber and it was also helpful for our cabinet people. We had to make one exchange and the manager agreed to take back one opened box in exchange for something that was better suited due to a change we had to make. Nice to shop locally and be competitive

I had the most outstanding customer service experience at this store - and I didn't even buy anything. My husband and I were doubting the suitability of some bathroom fixtures we had purchased in Vancouver for a reno in progress. Showroom consultant Kristy is very knowledgeable. She not only reassured me that the items we had bought were perfectly fine, she even studied a spec sheet and phoned the competitor to make sure the shower valve we had chosen was compatible with our 2x4 walls! We will "shop local" at Better Bathrooms and Kitchens from now on. Your extreme professionalism won me over. Thank you, Kristie.

Terrible service or lack thereof. Stopped by the store this afternoon. I read the rules at the front door. I didn't have an appointment but customer walk-in acceptable if just one person or 2 related people. I had a mask on.

I walked in and a woman came out of her office. I said I wanted to look at the kitchen and bathroom hardware. She asked if I had an appointment - I said no. She said I would have to make an appointment. I looked around and said there is no one else here. She said, "Well two people just left and I have to fill an order". I said I can look on my own. She said she had to be "present". I said this is too difficult and made my way to the exit. She said "sorry'.

Really? Sorry? I highly doubt it. She made every excuse NOT to give me service. She would rather work in the back office than provide service to a person that took the time to stop by, read the covid rules, and determine it's okay to enter. I'm budgeting over $1,000 for my kitchen/bathroom fixture renovations. Perhaps it is good service and good quality products but I'll never know. Definitely off my shop local list. Back to browsing on Amazon.....
