Can echo the experience of others, I would not recommend this company as we also had a very bad experience trusting our property to StoneMere. They completely go against their motto of not treating their clients poorly. Their communication is very brash and aggressive and they make clients feel like they’re tenants of their own homes and working for them. On return to our property, we found many issues including wall, damage, ceiling fixture and items left, dirt, full garbage cans, and an unlocked garage door. The damage deposit was fully returned to the tenants. We also had one issue with our washing machine and were very stressed fixing the issue with minimal support from Stonemere apart from advocating for how quickly we needed to work for the tenants. It is also not clear how often they ever inspected or checked on the property as they did not send us any information including no move out report with pictures.

Seems like its not an uncommon theme here in the reviews for the following: “unprofessional, treated me misfairly, over-charge and hold funds in trust against compliance. “

I can unabatedly say this was my experience with Stonemere. Broker Jason Risi is incredibly unprofessional, cannot handle conflict and resorts to blaming the clients.

If this is the real estate experience you’d like to have, be my guest and give em a call!

But, 80% of the real estate moves are done by only 20% of the agents.

Feels like its safe to say that this group is NOT in the 20% movers and shakers.

Plenty of great people out there, who treat customers with respect, I’ll pass on this one!

The owner Janis charged for a full clean without notice because I forgot to wipe down the inside of the fridge door at 4304 19 st SW, in a low end $900/month rental. $167 for 4.5 hrs at $35/hr. I’m a reasonable guy and could even understand $50, but $167 is robbery. I would never do business with a company like this.

All I can say is rude and unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would. They are not making it at all easy to get back money that was given to them in trust and doesn't belong to them. Every interaction I have had with any of them I was treated very poorly. If you see their name on anything my only advice would be to run in the other direction.
