My experience with Equium Group's property management has been extremely disappointing. Following water damage to my unit on March 3, 2024, I have encountered nearly a year of delays, poor communication, and apparent inaction regarding necessary repairs.

Key issues:
- 11 months with no resolution or concrete timeline for remaining floor repairs
- Constant need to follow up for updates, often with delayed or no responses
- Multiple promises of imminent action that never materialized
- Poor coordination between the condo board, insurance adjusters, and contractors
- Lack of transparency regarding delays and processes

Despite regular follow-ups every few weeks, we've received mostly vague responses like "we're getting closer" or "waiting on quotes." The management company has failed to demonstrate any sense of urgency or proper project management in addressing this issue.

What started as a straightforward water damage repair has turned into an unnecessarily prolonged ordeal that has significantly impacted my property. The lack of accountability and professional management from Equium Corporation is concerning for any current or prospective clients considering their services.

I cannot recommend Equium Corporation based on their handling of this situation, which demonstrates a clear failure to fulfill their basic property management responsibilities and duty of care to residents.
