Andrew Fulcher and his crew handle the business side with professionalism and extensive expertise. At the same time Andrew is approachable and responds with the personal touch. Especially important to us has been Prairie Management's response to emergency situations. They are quick to act and have the right contacts for effective mitigation. I hired Curtis Patton to manage my acerage while I was out of the country. I returned to disaster. All I received was a $300 disposal fee meanwhile I have weeks of cleanup, piles of trash, all kinds of damage to my outbuildings and house. Do not use this company to manage your rental. I never seen a dime of the damage deposit from the tenants. If I could rate zero stars I would.
