I've given this company so many opportunities. Their process seem disjointed. What my invoices state do not align with the emails I've recieved from Gemmah. She had passed me on to Mohammed, who couldn't answer my questions. He states Gemmah was to contact me. That was in October. Crickets. There are better options out there. This has not been a great experience from day 1. When a representative can't even explain an invoice that was sent to you, it questions why I'm giving them my business. This included a conference call at the beginning where Gemmah and another representative couldn't even get the information they were reviewing correct to provide me with a straight answer. I've hired them because I'm busy. I was going to have them oversee my other properties, but considering they don't even respond, I've went with another company on those properties.
