I've had a very very bad experience with Dorsett Square. They even haven't compensated me with something kind gesture.
And I think that unprofessional behavior deserves even zero star.

I intentionally don't put names here since Bwalk head office is already aware of it.

People, don't trust their words both personally or by phone! Require everything in written form instead (e.g. emails) and save your time, efforts and nerves!

1/5 stars: Received a letter from Diana Masini today explaining Boardwalk and Dorsett Square are taking me to court for $181 owing for the month of November 2024. I don't understand why this is happening when I have been trying my best to stay current, but I don't feel like this is Boardwalk family behavior.

I have lived here for 9 years and always paid my rent and I'm not trying to be a bad tenant just going through hard times.

But boardwalk says we're family and love always. We're is the love?

I still don't have resolve and I called the boardwalk team requesting a call from the legal team, I spoke with the following people John, Diana, Amy, Navneet, and Daniella.

But it's been over a week and no call, is this how your treat family boardwalk, aren't I a member of the family or are spots only available for new renters to promote gentrification?

When will I receive my call from Nandini Boardwalk team?

I spoke with Navneet in person this time. I was rude and frustrated, but Navneet was actually kind and offered up some help, another email as requested by John. No resolution with the call, just another email Boardwalk family.

Update 3:

I've been given 4 days to vacate my apartment, but I'm not allowed to use the garbage without being charged, as per John in the letter attached.

I don't know what to do anymore, will anyone listen and stop this corporate greed?

Must every step of the gentrification process be a money maker?

I don't have a vehicle, so my 73 year old father drove 8 hours to help, but we are having issues vacating on schedule because I have lived here for 9 years.

Also Office Staffer Downstairs At Dorsett Sq Very Helpful Arranging Delivery Time Etc.

A big thank you to Gabriel, who did a great job in my mom's unit at Dorsett last Saturday. Following recent repair of the kitchen tap leak, we discovered the cabinet under the sink was full of water due to another leak. Within an hour or so of calling the Boardwalk service line mom had a brand new kitchen tap. Job well done! 🙂

I’ve been a resident at Dorsett Square for many years and at this time I would like to acknowledge a new addition to our building. Diana, our resident manager, has been with us for 3 months. She is personable and conscientious. Whatever the issue, Diana will either have the answer or get back to you in a timely manner. Her demeanour is always respectful and I appreciate her trustworthiness in her work. I hope she stays at Dorsett Square for a long time.
