I would also have to thank our past president ( Maurice ) for his contribution for finding and contracting her great services.
Dana is absolutely delightful to work with, I love her energy, committment orientated, getting tasks done ontime, dedication to our property, facilitating and organization of trades, meetings and more importantly to our community is her common sense approch, compassion and sharing here personal experiences with all of us on the board.

Excellent service from Dana with Key Condo Management. This is the fourth condo company I have worked with being a member of the board and by the most impressive. I did not realize how neglectful the previous companies had been until having the pleasure of working with Dana. She has always been happy to provide help and suggestions with exceptional attention to detail. She is the constant professional and made me feel at ease through the process of changing property managers. Dana's extensive knowledge in condo rules, bylaws and city ordinances enabled her to keep all parties informed including the board and decisions and projects move smoothly and quickly to completion.
