To be honest I am not from BC so I don’t know if this is typical for bottle depots here, but the degree of sorting required is wild. Plus having to count everything? Not sure why there are people even working there if I am doing so much of the job for them. Plus I’ve never been given so little cash back in return. Not incentivizing in the slightest to bring bottles back instead of just throwing them out.

a few things for others to know is that the workers are so kind, you may think they are rude or miserable but they just keep to themselves. people don't always have to be happy at their work place. If ya don't like the place don't go. bring your bottles to habitat, problem solved. theirs no reason to backlash a bottle depo, of all places. I have a bottle drive once a month and I find that people don't understand how to donate their bottle or how to sort them, themselves (it's understandable) but going on Google and writing a nasty review just cuz YOU don't understand how to donate bottles works is childish.

Very unfriendly staff, they paid nothing and treat other better and help them me only point and for all I brought less than 20 dollars a woman with less things paid more take your stuff somewhere se the attitude of this people don't deserve make business with them

Weird hours of operation, bad attitude and at the same time they rip people off by only paying half what other bottle recyclers pay. Somebody should open a proper bottle depot in Sechelt.
