My toddler desperately needed to poop. They wouldn't allow us to use their washroom and sent us to the mall (a 5 minute walk away). She pooped in her underwear. I understand that there are rules... but seriously, where's your compassion and humanity?

Just left the store without being able to drop off my donations. I had a bag of clothes and a bag of shoes. There’s a sign out front saying accepting donations. 3 people were back there sorting, the one who greeted me was very abrupt and unfriendly. They wouldn’t take my donations because I wanted to keep my two reusable bags, even though they had empty bins and boxes all over the place. When I asked the other two staff if that was true that they couldn’t take my donations they gave me the silent treatment. The store sure looked empty and the donation area was not over-crowded either.

I occasionally go the this thrift store but the behaviour of the workers is horrendous. Frankly, I would love giving this store a 0 star review if I could. This one worker with called Cheryl or something slacks off a lot and is pretty disrespectful to customers. Another worked named Jaime or something is pretty rude as well at the till. Overall, this store is just bad in general and it shows how uneducated a lot of the workers are. Most of them have no manners.

I love stopping in and seeing what they have - I've found some great finds for fantastic prices which is great for someone like me on a tight budget. I take full advantage of their prices when I can! Their staff is amazingly kind and helpful as well.

Big shoutout to Cheryl for being the most condescending person I’ve ever had the pleasure of crossing paths with in my lifetime. 2 stars for the deals tho!!
