Awful experience dealing with this company. They have no consideration for the home they are working in:
-did not prep the space they are working in- no drop sheets to protect flooring
-no consideration of our freshly painted walls- dented and scratched multiple walls. Our painters came back to patch and repaint
-set up their saw just outside our front door, continued to leave the door wide open while sawing, despite multiple requests to close the door to prevent saw dust from covering the entire main floor
-no post job clean up

Used dented and scratched MDF to build our closet. When we mentioned the poor quality, they said “it’s ok no one will see the inside of your closet.”

Chipped wood in multiple areas where they drilled screws.

Cut holes for heat registers crooked, so we could not put the heat registers back in.

The only positive thing I can say is that following multiple complaints they came back to fix the closet. However, we ended up problem solving some areas ourselves.

Awful workmanship in my opinion. Rude customer service as well, showed up unannounced not to mention. Can see shims above the toe kicks throughout the house, hardware installed in amateur fashion. Wouldn’t recommend in my opinion.

Update*** one door has already fallen off. One month old 🙁

For the initial job they were very punctual cabinets showed up and were great quality, insulation was well done except there were a few missing components from the initial kitchen we had specifically asked for. The new kitchen was installed, there was no lazy susan as in the original kitchen and a drawer was not included (the lazy Susan can’t be added now). It’s been a month now trying to reach the company to add the one drawer and there’s been no communication at all. If you’re using this company make sure the drawings are updated before you pay a down payment. Otherwise the cabinets turned out beautifully.
