We won a Diwali gift from Quality craft— a beautiful vanity. Although we initially received the vanity, we requested custom drawers in place of the original design, and the company graciously fulfilled this request, completely free of charge!

The final product is nothing short of amazing. The drawers are expertly crafted, functional, and elegant, transforming our space into something both organized and stylish. I’m so thankful for Quality craft's generosity and attention to detail. Their willingness to accommodate our customization request truly exceeded our expectations.

WOW. We are extremely happy with the value provided by Quality Craft Kitchens. From Sonika, to Jag to the owner Sam and everyone in between, they provided outstanding customer service and a quality finished product.

We hired quality craft to complete our bar and laundry room cabinets including quartz counters and sinks. Everyone was so helpful and showed they cared. Our project was completed in 5 weeks which other companies said would take 16+ weeks.

With every project, there are bound to be some items that need to be corrected. We had a few small items that weren’t quite how we wanted them. The owner Sam called me and said they’d be here to change it out the following week. He genuinely cared that my wife and I were happy with the final product.

I highly recommend! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful employees specifically jagrity and the guy who came for measurements never took the right measures. He was shouting on me when I went there to fix all those gaps 😂 he act like I will come this evening n made us to wait for 3 hrs and never showed up no message nothing and the owner lied that he was stuck in traffic.
The cabinet installer made lots of damage to our kitchen floor and they never cared all matters for them to get their $ which they don't deserve, the owner was not sorry for all those mistakes and left me vm that he will collect his $800 by lawyer do u believe this a person is that reach to hire a lawyer for $800 common we are not dumb as you lier company. (If you I can post his VM here too as the pic)
The quality of work is very poor, customer service is 0, being professional and respectful 0 so I don't recommend them at all.

They never keep their words.
Not a good experience at all with them and we regret a lot they destroyed our phone jack, they brought wrong color of back splash and never relocated the hole for the exhaust saying it is not in the scope of their work I would say then shut your business.

Outstanding work by Quality Craft Kitchen! Measurements are spot on and the end product came out just like how we envisioned the kitchen in our legal suite to be. I have referred this company to my contractor friend and to date, they had made 2 kitchens for him and more to come. Side note, Sam is a fantastic guy and he makes sure that the job is done. Easy to deal and easy to communicate. Highly recommended.

While I am somewhat happy with the outcome of the designed item, it was not initially what I asked for. The center boxes for the bookshelf were to be one item, but the measurements were wrong when given to the designer, and it was 4 inches too short. The fix was recommended to be filler pieces to make it look good but was not what was asked for. The side pieces were also wrong, as the window is not centred on the wall. That was the initial problem (concessions had to be made to change the two box set up for the center due to not having enough material left).

Once onsite, the installers measured wrong where to put the opening for the left-hand outlet and had to cut a second hole in the backing, while on the right side, they cut the hole too long; thus, the outlet could not be mounted correctly on the backing. I also found afterwards that they damaged other furniture in the room while installing. The custom-built cabinet for my 3D printer was gouged, and the handles for the doors were broken off while I found the printer itself was knocked around inside as well.

When I arrived to pay and note the incorrect cutouts and finalize payments, the owner was also screaming and berating his employee with me standing in the room. He then also brushed it off as a "rough day." When the issues were brought up, he told me that his guys had done hundreds of installs with no problems, brushing off my complaints. He then gave me a blank outlet plate to install myself and an $80 discount to make up for the issues.

I will not be going back to this company for the way that the employees are treated and the way the owner does not take accountability for the issues that are encountered.

These guys are horrible. Very cheap quality materials, unprofessional and very rude behaviour. I had an unpleasant experience while having my kitchen cabinets upgraded. Very poorly designed and installed , I need to use a step tool to reach the cabinets and microwave sometimes.If you are planning to get your cabinets done, please stay away from these guys.
