I had an unforeseen problem, we had to fill out a document quickly to access my son's birth certificate for a passport. I called close to opening time, at 11 we had the papers to sign and mail express. All for a small fee!

Closing was delayed because they forgot about paperwork that needed to be done. Im also confident that we would not have gotten the money back that they were holding for us if I didnt call them. Through the whole process I maybe spoke to someone twice…. I would get farther in communication with my dead turtle

It took me a month to process the one that they requested me to get completed then have my document notarized after. But only to know, they are unable to accommodate appointments at this time. Okay, it is what it is.

I had a horrible experience. The lawyer wasn't so bad but his paralegal did enough of a hatchet job to make me never use this law firm again. The polite way of putting it is that she is incompetent. Seriously she belongs working in Mcdonalds -not in a law firm.
