I absolutely loved living at Eagle Ridge! The location is perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. We were also lucky to have wonderful neighbours, which made the experience even better.
The management team are always friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve any maintenance requests. Thank you for making my time here so enjoyable!

I highly recommend Eagle Ridge to anyone looking for a convenient place to live!

There are a number of 5 start aspects that one will experience living in Eagle Ridge apartments. The building managers and the maintenance team are both incredible. They are readily available, easy to communicate with and respectful of your needs and space.
The location is perfect 👌. Close to downtown and across the street from groceries, pizza and booze. Couldn't ask for a nicer spot. Additionally my unit is also spacious and comfortable and checks most, if not all of the amenity needs for one's domicile.
There are a few minor grievances that I have experienced in my particular unit. Enough at least to cost a star, though not unexpected when living in proximity with other humans.
On the whole though, knowing that I have a safe, secure and relatively scent free home to return to at the end of each day is what keeps me here. A hearty 4 stars.

The first day I got the apartment and completed a walk-through, Joanne and made sure everything was working properly, she saw an issue with the balcony door and she report it to the maintenance guy, next day it was all fixed when I move in. I am very happy that I had the chance to move here. Insulation is good! Great luck with neighbors.

The manager Joanne excellent is always quick to respond and provide support whenever I need it. The security is also very reliable, ensuring a safe environment. One of the best things is its convenient location near No Frills.

I have lived at Eagle Ridge Estates for going on 4 yrs and i couldn't be more pleased with prices , and the management staff are always so pleasant and willing to help the tenants in anyway they can .The building is clean and well maintained koodos to the Management and maintenance staff who are always friendly and quick to address any problems.
