I love the little community of Lakewood estates. The townhouse are well taken care of by their residents. Walk around and find decor and flowers all around.
What I like the most about the inside of my townhouse is my fenced in yard and my basement. I've been in my unit for 5 years now and it's been my home ever since. I have recommended it to friends and family that enjoy it as much as I do.
If you're thinking about it... give them a call... let it be your home too.

Easy to contact and resolve whenever there is a problem with the furnace that needs to be fixed.The area is quiet and peaceful. Neighbours are friendly too. Thank you Lakewood Estates🌟🌟🌟🌟

The management of Lakewood Estates was incredible to deal with. If I had any concerns or if they had concerns, they speak to you and listen. I lived here for a year after my divorce and their compassion for their tenants made it a positive experience. The neighborhood was nice and always full of kids running around, and you are surrounded in beautiful scenery. Additionally, you cannot beat the square footage of these units any where else in town for their prices.

Scam warning. Took $70 in application fees (they dont give out receipts) and ghosted me. After they recieved my etransfer, they stopped responding to me. i waited, viewed another property with a property managment company, applied for, and was approved elsewhere, before i heard back from Sharp or Smith.

Move here from Moose Jaw due to job, Rented from this company in Moose Jaw and decided to rent from them again in Cold Lake, the transfer between the two has been awesome. The unit is spacious and clean, love the size of the back yard. And the complex is great, well kept and everyone is so friendly. I can see myself becoming a long term tenant!

Would like to say Thank you to the Resident Manager and her staff at Lakewood Estates in Cold Lake, AB. My Grandmother and myself lived in this Townhouse community for 1 year. The entire staff was very friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to help keep the area clean and safe even in winter with all the snow. They were very customer service oriented and responded quickly when needed. I would recommend this complex to all....

If you live there make sure you take pictures before and after. They refused to do a walk through with me cause they were busy. Then years later I find out they are trying to charge me for all kinds of damages and stuff that never happened while I was there. Once I talked to landlord tenant board they told me they are in wrong. Have been trying to get a hold of them. But they don't respond to my calls or my emails. So next step I will be calling the Landlord Tenant board again and taking legal action as they have ruined my credit rating due to false damages they are charging me. Never rent from these ass wipes or you'll be sorry!

worst place ever to rent. Basement flooded and molded and Marion refused to send someone to fix the basement even with a child living in the residence. Ensure photos get taken of EVERYTHING in the rental before you decide to move in. As well they charge 42$ an hour for cleaning once you move out and also send ridiculous bills that they expect you to pay within 45 days. They charge you for items that are classified under normal wear and tear that they shouldn't be able to bill you for. By far worst company to ever rent from.
