No se puede hacer cita y cuando bas que dicen q atienden sin cita llegas desde las 3 de la madrugada y esperas asta las 2pm y no te pasan solo te dan un boleto para que regreses . Esperando sin comer todo el día. GOBIERNO DE MÉXICO QUE ESTA PASANDO CON LOS CUIDADOS MÉXICANOS EN EL EXTRANJERO. APARTE HAY FRAUDE POR QUE LAS CITAS LAS ESTAN VENDIENDO. POR Q HACEN ESO ? LAS CITAS SON GRATIS POR QUE LAS VENDEN? MUCHO FRAUDE. LO UNICO QUE UNO QUIERE ES SACAR SUS DOCUMENTOS.
es una vergüenza que pase esto en pleno ano 2024 .
Cuando quieres hacer cita en el Internet no te deja. Llamas por teléfono y no contestan. Y menos por Facebook.

They don't regard the safety of people who are patiently waiting. My mom has a medical condition, and she had to endure waiting outside 3 hours in the cold. By the time she made it inside, she was already feeling jittery and lightheaded due to her condition. Then she had to wait 2 hours inside only for them to tell her that they won't be able to help her renew her passport. This is absolutely unacceptable, under no circumstance should anyone have to wait such a long time only to be rejected.
She was there at 5 in the morning with surety of being able to renew her passport as per stated by the Consulate's previous post on Facebook.

How hard was it for the employees to announce the fact that they weren't able to attend everybody whose been in line for hours. They need order and certainty of how many people they can attend throughout the day and how many people are still in line.

My mom also saw elderly people, people in wheelchairs, some with toddles, in one of these long 3-5 hour lines.
Plus, she's been trying to get an appointment for months. The press, the news, the law needs to act on these people, what a crap show.
We should definitely sue.

Corrupt corrupted . Been trying to make an appointment since may 2024 . All numbers are dentist or a sales person. Website doesn’t have option for future appointments. Corruption at its finest

Update : it’s Oct 2024 been calling daily with no luck . Need to renew documents asap Been told i can go to plaza fiesta so they can sell me an appointment .

He tratado de agendar una cita desde hace más de un mes nunca tienen citas disponibles y es una pena que tenga que pagarle a alguien para conseguir una cita, no es lo que cobren pero si somos honestos hay personas que apenas sacan para subsistir y no es justo que tengamos que pagar por conseguir una simple cita y si nos ponemos a pensar son las mismas personas que trabajan en el consulado que solamente están cobrando un sueldo y no están haciendo lo que deberían de hacer, esto es un tipo de corrupcion y honestamente es algo que no me gustaría aprendan nuestros hijos.

There’s a hundred and one captcha’s on the website if you manage to make an account.
Not a single human manning the phone lines aside from the repetitive recording that all agents are busy and to stay on the line.
The website kicked me out mid-session and did not allow me to book an appointment.
People have busy lives and cannot be on hold forever or on a barely usable appointment website. Do better!

Una ESTRELLA es demaciado para calificar el desempeño que se brinda en este lugar. Creo que el gobierno central es el culpable de que esto esté pasando, ya que ellos son los responsables de monitoriar el servicio que se le está brindando a sus connacionales. Que lastima MEXICO. De esta manera nunca avanzaremos hacia adelante, como siempre nos quedamos estancados y otros son los que avanzan. Otras naciones con menos recursos están brindando mejor servicio a sus connacionales. Quizá algún día MEXICO, un verdadero LIDER futurista pueda guiarte y explotar todo ese potencial que tienes.
