אנשים מתלוננים על השירות . חבל שאין ביקורת על האנשים. נכון חיכיתי הרבה זמן כי
ההיא שכחה להדפיס דפים רז כמובן רבה עם הפקידה , וההוא שדיבר בטלפון עם אנגלית רמת כיתה ג שלום ודאג שכולם ישמעו על המעבר מפילדלפיה , וההוא שהביא הכל רק שכח את
הדרכון בקולורדו .

No one to get some instructions by the phone. Finally, got an appointment for the next 2 months. Although we had an appointment we waited for 3 hours. One person that think that he’s God try to deal with few customers. Zero costumers service. They waste your time with BS questions. If it’s not life crisis - stay away. You know, Israeli mentality. One person that didn’t even finish basic GED - manages the place. One word: Idiots.

1. The young man who greeted me was totally the sweetest
We swapped stories and I had my pocket knife with me.....he was in love with it.
2. While there was a wait, everyone was helpful and kind

Horrible service, no one answer the phone. their site instruct you to make an appointment through their web-site. when you go to their web site, it is not easy to find it, and then, you guest right, you still can not make an appointment because their site is giving you an error. I sent them numerous emails, no one replies. left voice messages, no one replies, just a horrible experience. so sad.

שירות מאכזב מאודת נסענו עד מיאמי 5 שעוצת להנפקת דרכון לתינוק שהגענו טענו שצריך אפוסטיל לתעודת לידה של מדינת פלורידה ולא הייה מצויין באצר שלהםת אז לא הנפיקו ת דרכונים בקשו שאשלח ת שלחתי קיבלו מסמכים אחרי שבוע יוצרים קשר שאין תמונה.
בקיצור חבורה של אתם יודעים מה תעשו מה שאתם צרכים בישראל זאת פעם שניה שאני
פונה אליהם ופעם שניה מאוד מאוכזבת
לא מסודרים בשיט ושלא נדבר על הפנים החמוצות שניכנסים ל'ונסוליה כולם עם פרצוף חמוץ!
מה שבטוח לגברת יפה אני לא אפנה שוב!!!

If I can give this negative stars I would. An unidentified male decided it was appropriate to have an entire conversation with me through intercom and repeatedly just referred me to ANYONE else just to not have to help. To classify the staff here as lazy would be an understatement. The Israeli consulate has no care for its citizens, period.

שירות מדהים , אנשים נחמדים ונעימים שפשוט באים לעזור !!!! הנפיקו לי דרכון בפחות משעה והספקתי את הטיסה שלי !! בכלל לא קבעתי פגישה מראש וקיבלו אותי כדיי שלא אפספס את הטיסה !
