Never rent this building there elevators never works it only works 2 days and it stopped working it is been 6 months now we are dealing with this situation but no updates and management they only have excuses nothing else. Manager never replies your text or phone calls and their maintaince sucks. They are not well maintained at all and we also stuck soo many times in elevator and we have to call 911 so take your decision wisely before you rent this

Disappointed shocked and surprised our fantastic manager Geoff is leaving. He's a good man. He always took the time to visit and mingle with any concerns you had. A few weeks ago I was so grateful Shawn the landscaper and Geoff helped move some old furniture out of my apt to take away. Hope we don't lose another good one soon either. Maintenance on the other hand could be better and use some improvement I've had sewer back up and my stove still isn't working as I was promised it would fixed soon. Randy says he's coming back but never does.

Geoff leaving. What a loss.As a new tenant at Dhillon Tower, not only did I get full support from Geoff, but I saw a dedicated person who loved his job, solving problems and a hard working person who worked with me till late hours to let me get my lease in less than 3 working days. Also as new in the city, Geoff took his car and showed me all the places that I needed to do my shopping and get my needs. I see in Geoff a person who loves to help people and is always there to answer his phone even at late calls. We gonna miss you Geoff, but i am pretty sure, we will always be in touch. Wish best of luck, because you deserve all the rewards, and I think landlord managers must be like you.

Avoid these units like the plague. We were told our apartment would be cleaned before we moved in and came to find an uncleaned unit that also had a bed bug infestation. An agreement was made that we would not pay the last two months rent to cover medical fees along with lost belongings due to the infestation. They decided to wait two years and then file under collections despite this.

Edit: so it's been 3 weeks and despite 3 emails and 4 phone calls I still haven't actually been able to speak to anyone from mainstreet. Their Calgary manager that oversees the Lethbridge area has refused to contact us so we will be seeking legal action.

Highly recommended manager and the staff is awesome, just one text message if your unit needs repair, been in this place for almost 5 years and had no problem with the management and staff…. Easy to deal with….. will give 10 star to Randy…🥇🏆
