The service has really gone downhill. Today, they didn’t credit me for half the wine bottles and large milk containers I returned, even though I had pre-counted them. They used to be good, but now I’m taking my business elsewhere. Along with my non profits I help with.

I find great enjoyment in gathering used bottles, storing them, and selling them for some financial gain. The staff is exceptional, and there have been notable improvements in accurately recording the number of bottles collected and promptly compensating the customers.

Came here for the first time today to recycle my containers, quick and easy! They had plenty of staff on, so while it was busy, everything moved smoothly and there were no lines/long waits, and the young guy who helped me was super friendly. This is where I'll be coming from now on!

there is an older woman here that clearly CAN'T count.....went in with 5 full extra large garbage bags, the GIANT ones from costco...she gave me $38. I've gone in there with 3 of the same size bags and the younger guys and even the dark haired woman gave 30-40$ for it. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this chick's gotta go this was 3rd time she short changed me.... I'll never go to her again and hate to say it, but she needs to be fired.

Was made to go through the newest counter with a computerized scanner and when I pointed out that it was not scanning all of the bottles that went through, I got attitude in return. Not the greatest customer service when a system error is being pointed out. I did not get the full refund that I should have for all the bottles that I had. I always count mine before bringing them. They just wanted to rush me through and didn't care about doing a proper job. Watch out people.. good place to not get your money back.

The staff here are awesome! They are always friendly and when not busy offer to help carry in my bags of cans and bottles. I accidentally dropped my phone on the floor and one of the staff members ran it out to me! Thank you so much. Great people here!
