I would recommend MNP based on my experience. Jennifer is amazing and made the whole process super simple. She answered all my questions and helped me to get everything sorted out. It was a simple and pain-free process. I'm hoping it's not something I need to do again in the future, but if I do I know I'll be definitely using MNP.

Do not use MNP! Absolutely useless! Get rid of them and run far away... I have owed on my last 4 tax returns that were completed by this organization. When questioned why (as I never have owed before) they were unable to provide me with any reasonable explanation. Their communication is awful, they are rude, shady, and expensive. This year I terminated my relationship with MNP, and for the first time in years I have received a return on my taxes. Don't waste your time or your money on them. I can't say enough bad things about this place... Seriously... If I could give 0 stars I would. Thanks for absolutely nothing!

I used this company for my tax audit case. Surprisingly they are not serious, and did not even look into the case. They did not read some important materials I provided. Their ignorance has caused me significant loss of both money and time. Actually if they showed some adequate care about client's trust, I would appreciate their effort regardless of any final outcome.
